training, Recruitment, and R & D. They would like to recruit for a valuable
client, a Three Star Hotel in Mbale.
Job Summary:  The Sales and Marketing Officer will be tasked
with attracting and creating business opportunities for the three star Hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In
    charge of identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and
    evaluating their position in the hotel; researching and analyzing sales
  • Sells
    products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
    prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Build
    and maintains working relationships with clients by providing support,
    information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
    recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies
    product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
    trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares
    and submits reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains
    quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains
    professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
    reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
    benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional
  • Significantly
    contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    Sales Executive should hold a business related degree.
  • At
    least four years’ experience preferably in hotel
  • Excellent
    analytical and people skills.
  • Good
    presentation skills
  • Good
    client relationship skills
  • Excellence
    in execution
  • High
    energy level
  • Excellent
    negotiation skills
  • Good
    prospecting skills
  • Ability
    to meet sales goals
