Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of assigning and directing staff to
specific job tasks, supervising their performance and providing the necessary
technical guidance and advice.

Responsible for checking on machinery failures and
contingency breakdowns and ensure immediate rectification to minimise
production losses.

Actively monitor the operational behaviour of the
plant to detect failure warning signs and take preventive measures.

In charge of preparing shift handover reports
covering all aspects of the operation to assist the relief supervisor to become
equated with the situation.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant should hold a Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable institution

At least five (5) years’ experience as a mechanical
technician or fitter machinist on the factory floor
