Job Summary:  The Manager – Remedy will render support in
ensuring continuity of best practice service level management processes,
executed by IT service support staff, required by client.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • The
    incumbent will mainly maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems,
    including coordination with network engineers.
  • Monitor
    and manage system resources, including Central Processing Unit (CPU)
    usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.
  • Carry
    out systems security administration functions, including creating user
    profiles and accounts.
  • Setting
    up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system
    performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage
    space.
  • Actively
    engage with users and evaluate vendor products.
  • Make
    recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation
    and provides backup recovery.
  • Develop
    and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of
    computing resources.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The
    incumbent must hold a First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At
    least four years of related work experience.
  • The
    applicant should possess at least two years’ remedy usage experience.
  • Possess
    the ability to develop and maintain program based on remedy platform.
