Job Summary: The Talent
Manager will assist the Head of Talent in delivering highly effective and
productive Talent Services to support business performance. The role will
include administration of day-to-day operations of the Talent function
including but not limited to: recruitment, employee records management, staff
leave administration, Talent Reports and Talent processes and procedures.

including but not limited to: recruitment, employee records management, staff
leave administration, Talent Reports and Talent processes and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offering
support on recruitment including: developing job descriptions, placing job
advertisement and liaison with recruitment agencies, coordinating final
shortlist and interviews for shortlisted candidates with respective heads
of section/department or function, interview documentation and
correspondence to applicants. - Ensure
the completeness and accuracy of employee files/records as per agree
Talent check lists and/or Talent Policy requirements - Co-ordinating
staff on boarding and induction processes - Serve
as the first point of contact for Talent inquiries and providing guidance
on Talent policies, processes and procedures - In
charge of maintaining the staff leave schedule and balance against payroll - In
charge of compiling and maintaining talent statistics and reporting e.g.
leavers, joiners etc. - Administration
of the staff medical scheme - Handling
all employee safety, welfare, wellness and health issues as may arise from
time to time and in accordance with Talent processes and procedures - Handling
industrial relations issues and escalate when necessary - Providing
support to departments on Talent related matters as may be required from
time to time - Offering
performance management support to the HOD including: probation reports,
confirmation, performance review processes and documentation - Ensuring
adherence to clearance and exit procedures for exiting staff - Providing
any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Head: Talent or
any other person appointed by the company for this purpose.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Adherence/compliance
to Talent policy, processes and procedures - Completeness
and accuracy of staff files/documentation - Timeliness
and accuracy of Talent statistics and reporting - Efficiency
and professionalism of the Talent department (staff feedback)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
incumbent should preferably hold a degree or diploma from recognized
institution of higher learning. Possession of a Post Graduate
qualification in HR or related field e.g. CIPD, Organizational psychology
Customer is an added advantage - At
least two to three years’ Human Resources related experience/ background - Excellent
organizational and administrative skills - High
accuracy with strong attention to detail - Possess
a high level of confidentiality - Excellent
interpersonal and customer facing skills - String
communications skills both oral and written - Tact
and diplomacy, enjoys working with people - Be
a good team player with a flexible approach and willingness to learn - Good
time management, responsible and can work with minimal supervision - Computer
literacy skills i.e. working knowledge of MS office packages
