Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In
charge of making the school work plan in consultation with the director. - Take
over the overall administration and management of the school under the
supervision of the directors. - Oversee
the non-teaching, teaching staff and monitor their performance; - Ensure
effective, efficient maintenance and proper utilization of
all school assets - Inculcate
discipline among all pupils, teaching and non-teaching staff and make sure
the vision of the school is achieved. - Organize
and make sure that the primary education curriculum is fully implemented. - In
charge of preparing the academic plans, programme and schedules (time
table) of the school; and to participate in the implementation of the
Education Sector reforms related to primary education. - Ensure
that the professional code of conduct is implemented - Ensure
that there is 50% performance improvement in academies of every class - Ensure
that 100% school fees collection is made while working in close relation
with the bursar - The
incumbent will serve as the chief marketer of the school by ensuring a 30%
increment of student enrollment in liaison with the director. - Send
weekly, monthly, termly and annual reports to the directors.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicant should at least hold a Diploma
in Primary Education or its equivalent of this from a recognized
Institution - The
ideal candidate should also be registered with the Ministry of Education
and Sports. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good people management skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- Good time management skills
