will facilitate strategy formulation and execution for the branch network. The
job holder will carry out research and

Execution:
- Take
ownership of distribution initiatives which involve strategy formulation
and market position aligned to Customer Value Propositions, Product and
Segment areas; - Responsible
for the ownership on Distribution strategic initiatives that will be
aligned to PBB Africa strategy on multi-channel architecture, integration
of all channels and migrating low-value adding transactions from branches
to the Self-service banking channels (Distribution) - Assume
ownership on Distribution strategic initiatives that will focus on
increasing effectiveness in the transaction mix of Self Service Channels
transactions
- Ensure
that all Compliance, Audit and Regulatory issues raised are integrated
into the planning and are executed timeously - Ensure
that branches are sufficiently facilitated to pass their audits
- Budgeting
– Inputs to departmental budgets are submitted timeously. - Budgeting
– Departmental financial targets are monitored and managed monthly, with
reporting where variances exceeding set targets. - Develop
action plans for corrective action in all incidents of variance. - Subcontractor
management – Adhere to sound business practises and ethics in the
management of subcontractors
- Ensure
that all processes for event-management, incident management, problem
management and change management are drawn up, update timeously and
adhered to. - Ensure
that all processes for effective asset management are drawn up, updated
timeously and adhered to. - Ensure
that all people management, operational risk management, and customer
service management processes are adhered to.
- The
applicant for the banking opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a
recognised University. Possession of a post graduate in business or
management qualification an added advantage - A
minimum of five or more years’ experience in the banking industry with two years in a senior management role. - Consulting
