enjoyable and interactive. At Prestige Driving School we teach and train our
learners how to become the safe drivers of tomorrow. With the backing of our
competent staff, we aim at providing the highest level of driver training in
Uganda, with the objective of equipping learners with defensive driving skills.
Training & Reports Assistant will have the day -to-day responsibility of
managing all aspects of training coordination and administrative support to the
Training Department. Some of the primary responsibilities are program
coordination for Training workshops and front-line service for all
participants, existing and new clients and other various contacts coming to the
training department.
Oversee
all training logistics, including but not limited to participant enrolment,
room scheduling, classroom seating configuration, catering, and setting up and
breaking down audio/visual equipment and providing program materials for all
trainers.
in liaison with the Head of Training
Maintain
the training registration system, training materials and enrolment information.
Create
and maintain electronic and hard copy format of training reports in electronic
and hard copy format.
Order
and maintain training supplies.
Maintain
the training certificate records and answer questions regarding training course
objectives and benefits.
Offer
front line customer service and answer questions and solve problems regarding
all training and development initiatives.
Act
as back-up to the head office reception desk when additional coverage is
needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
by the Head of Training.
Experience:
The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a degree
Prior
office administration experience is
mandated.
Computer
literacy i.e. Proficient in MS
Office ’07, specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Internet and E-mail,
with an ability and willingness to learn other types of technology including
all training systems and equipment.
Customer
service orientation.
Highly
energetic, self-starter, capable of working independently and in a team
environment.
Conscientious
and reliable. Available for early morning program set-up (i.e., 7:00 AM) and
afternoon classroom break-down (i.e., 6:00 PM) and, at times, over the weekends
Detail
oriented, strong organizational skills, accurate and thorough.
Willingness
to be a support role in a highly visible department.
Demonstrated
written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
