Summary: The Route
To Consumer – Supply & Governance Manager will be in charge of defining the distribution requirements,
structure, and model, to ensure that availability of company product is
maximized in line with market requirements by trade channel and volume, to
drive efficiency and effectiveness objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of route to consumer work
streams / initiatives for Supply

Own delivery of UBL network logistics design

Define KPIs for the 3rd party distribution
activities (in line with the Global Supply Chain KPI Blue Print) and develop an
ongoing results tracker

Co-define the logistics trade terms for Distributors

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field

A minimum of three years’ experience in Supply chain
management in a FMCG company
