Key
Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
In charge of monitoring departmental performance
and KPI’s and providing monthly and quarterly reports.
·        
Responsible for inputting Distribution data into
the company monthly report and input to the Supply and Distribution manager for
Company Management Team Meetings and Business Reviews. KPI’s include stocks
performance, Truck Utilization, OT, OTIF, Capex Performance, Maintenance and
Opex spend, and other Supply and Distribution KPI’s.
·        
In charge of executing Distribution / Logistics projects
in liaison with other functions e.g Local Optimum, BiC, VMI, Netsim.
·        
Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of Budget
Planning, by collating data from all departments in Supply and Distribution.
Also monitoring monthly performance against plans and identifying trends.
·        
Supply
performance
: Monitoring stock levels of all products on a
daily basis and advising the Supply and Distribution Manager.
·        
Audit
actions
: To maintain record of departmental action items and prompt the
responsible action parties to complete.
·        
Monthly
stock reconciliations
– ensuring reconciliation is done timely in
accordance with the Service Level Agreement
·        
Departmental
Admin
– Stationery management, Travel requisitions, manage and be the
secretary for departmental meetings.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
·        
All suitably qualified and interested candidates
should hold a degree, preferably in Statistics, Commerce or Business
Administration.
·        
A minimum of three years’ experience in logistics,
scheduling, data management, depot operations.
·        
Highly organized and self-driven individual.
·        
Customer focus is required.
