and services and make recommendations on identified customer needs in line with
the NICL’s business and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- In
charge of marketing, recruiting, and managing new customers in-line with
NICL’s marketing strategies, guiding policies and procedures. - Identify,
and report marketing opportunities in-line with NICL’s business objectives
and strategies. - Regularly
review and assess new and emerging customer needs and level of
marketability and profitability of products/ services in line with NICL’s
product and service expansion strategy. - Identify
the Customer Service needs of the Corporation and generate periodic
reports in line with the Customer Service Policy, Standards and NICL
policies. : - Collect
and remit premiums to NICL, deliver receipts, policy documents to
customers in line with operational policies and service standards. - Expeditiously
follow-up and give feedback on Customer inquiries, expectations,
suggestions, complaints and compliments in line with the Customer Service
standards, Strategy and NICL polices. - The
Senior Marketing Officer will identify and recommend marketing strategies for
NICL products and services in line with company targets and applicable
guidelines. - Process,
record and update new insurance policies, claims and cancellations in line
with service standards and operational guidelines. - Make
technical quotations and make Sales presentations in-line with product and
service guidelines. - Perform
any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Experience:
- The
candidates should hold Bachelor’s Degrees or its equivalent in a Business
related course from a recognized University. - Evidence
of training in Marketing is an added advantage - At
least four years’ sales and marketing experience in an Insurance company
is a MUST. - Possess
the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. - Functional
computer knowledge of Information Management packages - Self
driven, innovative and able to work long hours under minimum supervision.
