Job Summary: The Hotel
General Manager will oversee the management of the new hotel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide
leadership and development of entire hotel operations - In
charge of advising the development of operating strategy for all business
units - Developing
market share and act as a Creative agent of change - Eco-Friendly
strategy alignment champion
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma in Hotel/ hospitality
management from recognized institution both locally and internationally; - The
incumbent should be a seasoned hotel manager with six years’ experience in
a 4 star or 5 star establishment; - Highly
proficient in MS Project Management & Microsoft office applications; - Strong
business acumen - Visionary
leader, excellent communicator - Ability
to provide enthusiastic customer service oriented servant leader - Ability
to build and sustain relationships - Ability
to deliver results through others
