would like to recruit for a valuable client, a New State of the Art 40 Room 4-
Star hotel in Kampala. The Hotel will be opening up to the Public Early July
2015.
Job Summary:  The Hotel
General Manager will oversee the management of the new hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide
    leadership and development of entire hotel operations
  • In
    charge of advising the development of operating strategy for all business
    units
  • Developing
    market share and act as a Creative agent of change
  • Eco-Friendly
    strategy alignment champion
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The
    ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma in Hotel/ hospitality
    management from recognized institution both locally and internationally;
  • The
    incumbent should be a seasoned hotel manager with six years’ experience in
    a 4 star or 5 star establishment;
  • Highly
    proficient in MS Project Management & Microsoft office applications;
  • Strong
    business acumen
  • Visionary
    leader, excellent communicator
  • Ability
    to provide enthusiastic customer service oriented servant leader
  • Ability
    to build and sustain relationships
  • Ability
    to deliver results through others
