clean cookstoves, and solar lights.
Living Goods Branches in Uganda which support Community Health. The job holder will be tasked with the maximization
of the performance of the branches in your region both in term of sales and
health impact.
- The
incumbent will be responsible for building and developing high-performing
branch teams: manage, motivate and develop branch managers and support
branch teams to increase efficiency and overall performance (agents and
operations). - Coach,
support and train teams on agent support including monitoring of agent
performance both in sales and health and agent motivation. - Oversee
the branch operations including coordinating with other departments to
better serve customers & CHPs. Account for branch operational
performance including P&L and inventory management. - In
charge of implementing across branches new initiatives (for instance new
delivery to agents, new credit system…) as well as marketing and
promotional efforts to support agent sales goals - Support
expansion team with mapping and agent recruitment - Build
and strengthen working relationships with key partners in the region - Perform
any other duties as assigned by the Field Operations Director.
- The
ideal candidate for the Regional Field Manager vacancy should hold an Undergraduate
degree in business or diploma in business, management or health related
areas. - A minimum
of five years of prior supervisory experience of a sales team or field
force. - Excellent

track record in motivating teams to excel. - Unimpeachable
level of integrity. - Entrepreneurial
spirit and drive for results. - Exceptional

of the pyramid and/or social enterprise experience a plus. - Excellent
analytical skills. - Strong
computer skills. - Excellent
written and verbal communications skills in English and Luganda. Other
local languages is an added advantage. - Flexible
and willing to travel within Uganda more than 70% of the time.
