Job Summary:  The Product
& Process Engineer will offer support through the implementation of continuous
improvement methodology in all the process running in the Factory.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • The
    job holder will serve as the chief liaison between the Product department
    and the planner at the headquarters.
  • The
    job holder will also work closely with the Engineering department of the
    external supplier (ODM).
  • The
    incumbent will be tasked with the definition of the Bill Of Material
    (BOM).
  • Develop
    the assembling process. Make the SOP (standard operating process).
  • Oversee
    the kickoff of new products.
  • Inside
    the Factory, consolidate and distribute all the information about products
    to be produced.
  • Develop
    the inspecting process for the outsourced inspector (for the pre shipment
    inspection).
  • Work
    on the samples of products to be produced.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    Product & Process Engineer should hold a University degree in
    Engineering
  • At
    least three to five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer
    literacy i.e. proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Technical
    knowledge, Theoretical and practical (intermediate).
  • Thinking
    and proactive.
  • Developer
    of improvements.
  • Skills
    and ability to train and mentor subordinates.
  • Effective
    leadership.
  • Set
    and follow workflow.
  • High
    skill communication.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Facility
    in negotiations.
  • Organized
    and tidy.
