Job Summary: The Medical Sales Representative will provide quality support to the
Company, by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and
ensure that the customer has complete satisfaction when dealing with Kwality
Afro Asia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

will include, but not be limited to the following.

- The
Sales representative will be responsible for the marketing distribution
and sales of the pharmaceutical products - The
incumbent will ensure that drug orders from Government, NGO’s, Semi-
Government agencies , doctors, private service providers, pharmacies,
wholesalers, chain stores, hospitals and private clinics, are obtained, processed and available. - The
incumbent will oversee the inventory and ensure that there is adequate
supply of medications to its clients - Achieve
maximum productivity by preparing efficient and effective route plans that
cover required number of existing and new customers on a daily basis - Actively
promote company’s entire range of products among the doctors, medical
practitioners, pharmacies, Government agencies to mention but a few. - The
incumbent will process the database of the pharmaceutical vendors and dealers - Collect
and report information on competitors’ products and activities. - Prepare
and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the specified format

Experience:
Experience:
- The
Medical Sales Representative should possess a bachelor’s Degree is
Science/ Pharmacy - The
ideal candidate should preferably have a minimum of four to five years’
experience working as a sales representative in a pharmaceutical Company
with particular emphasis in sales and marketing - Possess
excellent management and accountability skills - Computer
literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel) - Prior
work experience with the National Medical Stores (NMS) - The
applicant must be hardworking and Persuasive - Highly
passionate about sales
