Provide the daily operations, maintenance,
troubleshooting and security requirements for LAN/WAN.

Provide technical assistance/support and problem
resolution for referred incidents as they come through the help desk.

Render support and maintain in-house computer
systems, desktops and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing,
repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment will ensuring
workstation performance.
