Incident & Event Manager will support the Huawei Service Delivery Manager
by ensuring continuity of best practice in incident management process,
executed by IT service delivery staff, required by CUSTOMER.
Responsibilities:
- Steering
the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process - Sending
management information, including KPIs and reports - In
charge 0f monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making
recommendations for improvement - Responsible
for developing and maintaining the incident management system - Driving,
developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and
associated procedures - In
charge of reviewing and auditing the process - Ensuring
that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every
incident
Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the aforementioned Huawei Incident & Event Manager
career opportunity should hold a first degree or equivalent in a relevant
discipline - A
minimum of three years of related work experience
