Job Summary:  The
Huawei Quality Engineer will be in charge of maintaining Quality Standards and
controls. The job holder will develop and keep a Quality Management System
(QMS).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In
    charge of developing and keep a Quality Management System (QMS).                              
  • Lead
    the 5S methodology.                              
  • Make
    and follow claim reports to suppliers.                              
  • Assure
    that the assembled products accomplish client’s requirements.
  • Keep
    the QMS.            
  • Mentor
    and train the Quality team.            
  • Keep
    5S.            
  • Send
    and follow claim reports.            
  • Get
    and analyze the after sales figures.            
  • Provide
    online feedback about process fails.            
  • Keep
    an effective outgoing inspection
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    Quality Engineer should hold a University degree in Engineering
  • A
    minimum of five years’ experience in similar role
  • Technical
    knowledge, theoretical and practical (intermediate).
  • Microsoft
    Office (advanced).
  • Advanced
    knowledge and understanding of diagrams and blueprints
  • Oral
    and writing English (advanced).
  • Technical
    knowledge, Theoretical and practical (intermediate).
  • QMS,
    Theoretical and practical (intermediate).
  • Thinking
    and proactive.               
  • Developer
    of improvements.               
  • Ability
    to mentor and train subordinates.               
  • Effective
    leadership.               
  • Set
    and follow workflow.                
  • Self-motivation.               
  • Facility
    in negotiations.               
  • Organized
    and tidy.
