Key
Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • In charge of the coordination of consignments from point of
    purchase to point of delivery
  • Oversee the gas refill and offload
  • Actively monitor/checking the stock of gas
  • Daily stock taking and monitoring of the sales made and
    establishing a pattern to supply the clients to enhance consistency
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
  • In charge of monitoring efficient resource allocation and evaluate
    their utilization
  • Formulate and implement budgets
  • Oversee the staff adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety
    standards
  • Fleet Management; Procurement, Management and Disposal of vehicles
  • Plan the purchase of spare parts
  • Oversee customer installations
  • Ensure that all company vehicles are in a good working condition
    by timely servicing
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:  
  • The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business
    Administration or Business related field. Possession of a Post graduate in
    Management or Project Planning or an MBA shall be an added advantage.
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar field preferably in
    Operations Management with a reputable organization with experience in
    Fleet Management
  • Additional training in First Aid management is relevant
  • Hands on skills in Occupational Health & Safety are an added
    advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is Vital
