Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of the coordination of consignments from point of
purchase to point of delivery - Oversee the gas refill and offload
- Actively monitor/checking the stock of gas
- Daily stock taking and monitoring of the sales made and
establishing a pattern to supply the clients to enhance consistency - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
- In charge of monitoring efficient resource allocation and evaluate
their utilization - Formulate and implement budgets
- Oversee the staff adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety
standards - Fleet Management; Procurement, Management and Disposal of vehicles
- Plan the purchase of spare parts
- Oversee customer installations
- Ensure that all company vehicles are in a good working condition
by timely servicing - Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration or Business related field. Possession of a Post graduate in
Management or Project Planning or an MBA shall be an added advantage. - At least five years’ experience in a similar field preferably in
Operations Management with a reputable organization with experience in
Fleet Management - Additional training in First Aid management is relevant
- Hands on skills in Occupational Health & Safety are an added
advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is Vital
