financing needs. It provides Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) Services to ALL
banks. Our CRB services leverage full-file credit information sharing and
alternative data sources from MFIs, SACCOs, HELB, Utilities, Mobile phone
companies and providers of goods and services on credit to help customers
improve their access to finance and increase the credit providers’ capacity to
lend profitably to more customers.

Job Summary: The Head of Marketing will be primarily responsible
for domestic sales of Credit Bureau products to new Subscribers and Data
Providers. The incumbent will act as ambassador to existing clients for sale of
new and existing products. The Head of Marketing will also fill the role of
‘trainer’ and will be responsible for training of new Subscribers. As volume dictates,
and new sales activity increases, consideration should be given to adding
another person with the title of Trainer’ to report to the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a relevant academic degree in Marketing - Five
or more years’ working experience - The
Head of Marketing should be experienced in sales and marketing in information industry - Working
knowledge of credit reporting - Strong
negotiation and communication skills Valid Driving license - Excellent
presentation skills and dynamic personal skills
