companies and providers of goods and services on credit to help customers
improve their access to finance and increase the credit providers’ capacity to
lend profitably to more customers.

Job Summary: The General Manager will primarily be responsible
for the day-to-day operations of MUL CRB in accordance with the laws and
regulations governing MUL CRB as well as The Financial Institutions (Credit
Reference Bureaus) Regulations, 2005. A copy of which must be maintained for constant
reference.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The
incumbent will be accountable to the Group MD for performance of MUL CRB. - Complete
understanding and adherence to Law regulating operations of Credit Bureaus
in Uganda. The Financial Institutions (Credit Reference Bureaus)
Regulations, 2005. - In
charge of the implementation of decisions made by Directors. - Responsible
for determining needs of Subscribers and implementing plans and strategies
for new products and/or product enhancement. - In
charge of organizational structure, recruitment and all MUL CRB employees’
performance.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: The incumbent must be
a senior banker with over ten years’ banking experience and credit risk
management experience or a senior manager in credit reference bureau experience
in Uganda or elsewhere
