Job
Summary: The Optimization Engineer will be responsible for improving the overall
service quality to ensure business consistency in Ericsson.
Key

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
·        
The incumbent should preferably hold a Telecommunication
Degree / Diploma
·        
At least five years of relevant work experience
·        
The ideal candidate for the Optimization Engineer
Ericsson Opportunity should have experience in Performance Management and RF
Optimization of LTE networks
·        
Detailed knowledge and understanding of LTE
(eNodeB, RNC) Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
·        
Working knowledge and understanding of LTE
optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts
(active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
·        
Competent understanding of both idle and active
mode call processing and able to design
·        
Ability to make parameter changes to network on
appropriate vendor platform
·        
Competent in capacity/PN planning
·        
Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis
and coordination
·        
Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
·        
Automation of optimization tasks – Programming
Skills
·        
Application development and deployment, Web based
development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming
concepts.
·        
C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript,
JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access, SQL Server
·        
WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans,
Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
·        
Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)
