Job Summary: The Cold and
Visibility Manager will oversee and maximize the use of our coolers in trade
ensuring that they are accounted for and delivering maximum value for Uganda
Breweries Limited. The incumbent will also champion minimum standards for cold
and develop a strategy for maintaining the brand.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Oversee the effective deployment and maintenance
of all coolers in the marketplace.
·        
Embed and enforce minimum standards of execution
with the sales team ensuring that the maximum value is gained for each
cooler. 
·        
Develop a clear process for movement of coolers,
ensuring that the right cooler is placed in the right outlet.
·        
Manage the appointed third party agency for
service and maintenance ensuring that all KPI’s are met.
·        
Integrate cooler management with our automation
process to ensure that we have up to date information on our coolers in the
field
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
·        
The incumbent should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a
relevant field
·        
A minimum of five years’ experience in project
management, Asset management
·        
At least two years’ experience in a similar or
related role
·        
Evidence of effective management of third party
agencies
·        
Excellent planning and organizational skills
·        
Possess the ability to create structure, tools and
tracking mechanisms
·        
Ability to influence and deliver results through
cross functional teams
·        
Good knowledge and experience with execution
standards
·        
Detailed working knowledge of sales and trade execution
processes
·        
Valid driver’s license coupled with the ability to
drive a manual car
·        
High level of integrity and accountability
·        
Self driven and proactive
·        
Willingness to travel extensively within the
country
