Summary: The Qatar Airways Senior Sales Support Agent will be responsible for
effectively supporting the sales force to achieve and maximise the revenue
targets ensuring the commercial success of the airline in the areas of
responsibility. The incumbent will also
create maximum awareness of QRs products and services.

assigned, for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective functioning of
the work unit

Processing all inquiries and problems encountered
by the corporate / agents and liaising with the relevant departments at Head
Office, if required

Handling all sales support functions related to
Leisure and Corporate accounts (contracts, promotions, meetings etc.)

Supporting all indoor sales-related matters in
coordination with the sales and reservations departments and in communication
with the Commercial Manager in order to increase our trade portfolio and our

Actively participating in all exhibitions/promotions/agents
workshops and events organised by QR ensuring the correct exposure and

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

At least two or more years’ experience in a
customer service role within the Airline / Travel or Hospitality
industries.

Previous experience as a Reservation Agent would
be well regarded.

The completion of a recognised IATA / Airline
