Job Summary: The Chief Finance Officer will
primarily manage all relevant entities with a primary obligation of providing
sound advice and direction to the Group Operations Manager and board.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage
    all the financial elements of any GAC strategic partnerships
  • Oversee
    finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes
    and  internal controls to safeguard
    company assets
  • Co-ordinate
    the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Steer
    the planning and policy making committees
  • Manage
    and supervise financial accounting, tax and compliance functions,
    including insurance
  • Send
    timely and accurate analysis of budgets and financial performance that
    will assist the executives with their roles
  • Provide
    strategic financial input and leadership on issues affecting the company’s
    growth
  • Develop
    reliable cash-flow projections to meet operating needs of the company
  • Optimize
    the management of bank relationships to ensure cash-flow investment
    risks  are managed
  • Ensure
    compliance with all tax reporting requirements
  • Perform
    any other financial related tasks
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate for the Chief Finance Officer placement should hold an MBA
    or CPA preferred
  • A
    minimum of five or more years of applicable experience
  • The
    applicant should be highly organized CFO with extensive commercial and
    financial knowledge
  • Leadership,
    decision making, and presentation skills
  • The
    applicant should have broad knowledge and understanding of the rules,
    policies and regulations relevant to run this kind of business
  • Excellent
    organizational skills to support the company’s growth.
  • Possess
    the ability to navigate through complex financial situations
