Job Summary: The Chief Finance Officer will
primarily manage all relevant entities with a primary obligation of providing
sound advice and direction to the Group Operations Manager and board.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage
all the financial elements of any GAC strategic partnerships - Oversee
finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes
and internal controls to safeguard
company assets - Co-ordinate
the preparation of financial statements and reports - Steer
the planning and policy making committees - Manage
and supervise financial accounting, tax and compliance functions,
including insurance - Send
timely and accurate analysis of budgets and financial performance that
will assist the executives with their roles - Provide
strategic financial input and leadership on issues affecting the company’s
growth - Develop
reliable cash-flow projections to meet operating needs of the company - Optimize
the management of bank relationships to ensure cash-flow investment
risks are managed - Ensure
compliance with all tax reporting requirements - Perform
any other financial related tasks
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the Chief Finance Officer placement should hold an MBA
or CPA preferred - A
minimum of five or more years of applicable experience - The
applicant should be highly organized CFO with extensive commercial and
financial knowledge - Leadership,
decision making, and presentation skills - The
applicant should have broad knowledge and understanding of the rules,
policies and regulations relevant to run this kind of business - Excellent
organizational skills to support the company’s growth. - Possess
the ability to navigate through complex financial situations
