Case tractors.
Job Summary:  The Human Resource Specialist will actively contribute
to the design and delivery of the people & Company’s development strategy,
and management of change in support of Toyota Uganda’s strategic and operational
plans; providing information, advice and service as required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
In
charge of the design & delivery of Organizational Development and Change
Management strategies, processes and interventions that support Toyota Uganda’s
ambition to be a high performing organization including initiatives which
foster a high performance culture learning and continuous improvement.
·        
Technically
support performance improvement initiatives through the implementation of
behavioral competency and the performance management system.
·        
Design
and facilitate in-house events with respect but not limited to Cultural change
&Team enhancement.           
·        
Work
closely with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and
relevant PDPS for their staff.
·        
Oversee
all learning and development initiatives in Toyota Uganda as well as the
company’s induction program.
·        
Render
support in the day to day Human Resource functions.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a relevant qualification in
organizational design with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
·        
A
minimum of five (5) years of training and/or professional experience in
coaching, human resources, leadership, organizational change or a related
field.
·        
Detailed
knowledge and understanding of HR best practices and processes with excellent
computer literacy.
