Case tractors.
Job Summary:  The Car Rental Coordinator will support the Leasing
Manager in ensuring that there is customer satisfaction and business growth
through effective coordination of rental services and contracts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Achieve
set rental targets by growing Toyota Uganda’s rental business portfolio.
·        
The
incumbent will also develop and maintain a comprehensive database on rental
customers and drivers.
·        
Actively
coordinate rental compliance to the service & maintenance contracts through
constantly communicating and guiding customers on acceptable terms and
conditions.
·        
Take
part in the review and development of rental contracts and marketing to ensure
a comprehensive and profitable rental business.
·        
Perform
regular market surveys on the prevailing rates for rental services.
·        
Responsible
for debtor management; monitor clients’ accounts and ensure that payments are
received on time.
·        
Timely
generation of periodic reports on the performance of rental assets and
services.
·        
Quickly
respond to and promptly handle customer feedback related to car rental
services.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The
applicant should preferably hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a Business
Administration discipline.
·        
At
least three years’ experience in the Automotive/Rental industry.
·        
A
strong customer focus, communication & interpersonal skills with ability to
demonstrate initiative, good judgment and problem solving skills.
·        
Excellent
organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimal
supervision.
·        
Technical
knowledge is an added advantage.
