Statutory Body under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap. 210, Laws
of Uganda 2000 Edition. The Bureau is a key player in commercial and civil registrations
that facilitate private sector development and vital statistics for national
planning.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager Business Registration
to register companies, business names ad documents. - Write correspondences and search reports
and attend Court matters. - Quality assurance of statutory
requirements and issue notices for compliance and enforcement. - In charge of the assessment of Non Tax
Revenue. - Ensure that public awareness is adequately
done. - Certification and verification of
documents. - Perform any other duties assigned by the
Manager and Director.
- Companies, documents, business names,
registered. - Returns and all statutory compliance
documents filed in time. - Correspondences responded to timely.
- NTR assessed.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
an Honors Degree in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. - At least five years working experience
from a legal related institution - Computer literacy skills, legal advocacy
and interpersonal skills.
