Job
Summary: The Operations Officer will support the Director Marketing &
Operations in operational tasks. These will involve analysing and advising the
Director about repairs/maintenance that need to be carried out of management
clients’ properties; obtaining and analyzing quotations on behalf of management
clients; overseeing the repairs, i.e. quality control; and delivering and
picking of documents.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
·        
The applicants for the Operations Officer job
should hold Degrees in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management or a related
field
·        
At least three years of relevant working
experience
·        
Excellent communication skills
·        
Good leadership skills
·        
Be a person with a high level of integrity with a
good work ethos, possessing sincerity and firmness and good team-spirit.
