charge of developing and implementing advocacy strategies and corresponding
activities to advance specific policy change in support of Maternal, Newborn
and Child Health; Non Communicable Diseases; and HIV and AIDS including Key

inform national level policy efforts with lessons and information learned at
the district level

monitor and report on financial and political commitments relative to Maternal,

on THETA’s current programs to develop and strengthen relationships with
