East Africa. Our head offices are situated about 6km outside Kampala city
centre in Lubowa, along Entebbe road. Other group companies include; Roofings
Rolling Mills (located in Namanve) and Roofings Polypipes (located in Lubowa).
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:   
1. Factory:
·        
Marketing
Development: Getting New Orders / Clients.
·        
Market
Follow up: Constant monitoring of customer/ market behavior
and reporting.
·        
Market
Research: Collecting information relevant to our products/
competitor products in the market and updating reports.
·        
Constantly monitoring the set targets and working
to achieve the goals.
·        
Follow up with the customers & the credits
pending collections.
·        
Receiving material requisitions and forwarding for
delivery
·        
Making production order for special orders
·        
Preparing Invoices and Deliveries for standard
items and requirements for special orders once they are completed
·        
Checking whether all requirements have been fully
satisfied and advising means of satisfying them
2. Customer Care:
·        
Taking customer orders
·        
Placing production orders
·        
In charge of ensuring deliveries
·        
Arranging Training Programs
·        
Assuring the best service to the customers
·        
Handling all customer complaints and ensuring that
they are adequately resolved
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing or business administrations
·        
A minimum of two or more years working experience
in related field
·        
Excellent interpersonal skill and Computer Knowledge
essential
·        
Ability to work independently
