Job Summary: The Head of Private Sector Loans will be
tasked to achieve the sales performance of Private Sector Loans as communicated
by Management.

Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a
Degree in a relevant field. - At least three years’ experience in
leading teams preferably in banking or insurance - Proven skills in Building, developing and
leading teams. - Detailed knowledge and understanding of
short term unsecured micro loans. - Conversant with collections of unsecured
loans. - Possess excellent numerical and analytical
skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
Age: between 27 years and 35
years
