Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively
communicate pertinent information to clients on a regular basis.
·        
In
charge of reporting useful information on client needs, trends and scheme
usage.
·        
Produce
accurate and updated weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The
Customer Care Officer should hold a Bachelor’s degree.
·        
Computer
literacy i.e. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
·        
Past
experience in a similar position is desired
·        
Excellent
written and oral communication skills
·        
High
degree of responsiveness and keen attention to detail.
·        
Excellent
track record of innovation and creativity.
·        
Strong
commitment to customer focus and quality service
