Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of managing a team and providing
positive leadership. - Responsible for process deliverables.
- Supports clients in determining problems
and provide resolutions on any service related issues. - Coordinates escalations, mentors and
assists new hires. - Drives adherence to procedures and
compliance requirements SLA. - Organizes team meetings.
- Completing reporting requirements on time.
- Keenly track attendance.
- Meet the Daily shrinkage target.
- Maintain staff Score card.
- Ensure the staff adhere to the set
schedules and roster. - Drive and implement special projects/
initiatives. - Perform any other duties assigned from
time to time where necessary
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic records - At least two years’ experience in leading
a team. - Past experience with data analysis and
internet research is required - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills with an aptitude for technical concepts - History of successful project management
engagements in IT will be an added advantage. - Must be fluent in English
