Techno Brain BPO/ITES is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT
Enabled Services division of Africa’s leading software Solutions Company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • In charge of managing a team and providing
    positive leadership.
  • Responsible for process deliverables.
  • Supports clients in determining problems
    and provide resolutions on any service related issues.
  • Coordinates escalations, mentors and
    assists new hires.
  • Drives adherence to procedures and
    compliance requirements SLA.
  • Organizes team meetings.
  • Completing reporting requirements on time.
  • Keenly track attendance.
  • Meet the Daily shrinkage target.
  • Maintain staff Score card.
  • Ensure the staff adhere to the set
    schedules and roster.
  • Drive and implement special projects/
    initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from
    time to time where necessary
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The candidate should preferably hold a
    Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic records
  • At least two years’ experience in leading
    a team.
  • Past experience with data analysis and
    internet research is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving
    skills with an aptitude for technical concepts
  • History of successful project management
    engagements in IT will be an added advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English
