Summary: The Office Administrator will
give administrative support to the Head Office of both Impact Managements
Solutions Africa and Impact Chefs Academy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In charge of general office administration duties
Updating Student and client Files
Ensuring that Lecturers keep time and are student
focused.
Welcoming and directing visitors and students.
Ensuring that inquiries and messages are relayed
effectively to staff members.
Handling Potential Clients for Kitchen Equipment
professionally till a sell is finalized.
Providing potential students correct information
on Courses available.
Organizing workshops as directed by Executive
Director.
Carrying out Administration work in Workshops
organized in Uganda.
Keeping updated database of applicants as per
profession.
Organizing for Interview sessions with Clients and
Candidates.
Preparing interviews reports for clients.
Handling Students Issues promptly.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator
vacancy should hold a Diploma in Business Management/Secretarial or equivalent
At least two years of similar administrative experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and Presentable,
Good Public Relations skills
Communication skills
Great customer service and one who can work
without supervision.
Be mature and a result driven individual.
