Job Summary: The Customer
Care Assistant will be tasked to cordially attend to a variety of customer
requests and inquiries.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Customer Care
Assistant should hold a Degree in a business related field for example
Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Quantitative Economics,
Bachelor of commerce, Bachelor of Arts in Economics among others. - At least a year’s experience in a similar
position preferably in a financial institution. - Proven skills in attending to queries and
complaints for walk-in clients in an efficient and effective manner. - Call centre knowledge and experience.
- Proven sales skills, by demonstrated
success in consistently meeting sales goals. - Proven skills in customer service.
- Computer literacy skills and knowledge.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
