functional Teams for both Sourcing and supplier management

- Assure availability for category with the
right quality, service, cost, risk and growth support. - Effective Risk Management and governance
of all suppliers and service within the category - Provide functional knowledge to cross
functional teams - Build and strengthen key relationships for
value with key suppliers within the category - Focus on innovation and deliver innovative
ideas through Suppliers Innovation forum - Ensure compliance with safety requirements
at the work environment
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor
degree in Commerce or related qualification (business degree). - Professional qualification i.e. CIP, CIPP
- A minimum of four or more years’
experience in functional procurement. - Excellent relationship management and
interpersonal skills - Excellent communication, influencing and
negotiating skills - Presentation, report writing and research
skills - Self-starter with high levels of energy
& commitment - Dynamic and creative with an ability to
work on own initiative as well as be a team player
