sure that all personnel involved in operations AND System Operations activities
comply with ORHVS and legal and regulatory Safety Standards and practices.
Actively
participate in the development of a well thought load management strategy and
the communication strategy.
Develop
a dashboard reporting system that ensures network performance information is
available online to key management and staff.
Actively
participate in the development of an effective Stakeholder management plan.
Compile
and submit Key Management reports for the organization fit-for-purpose and in a
timely manner
Ensure
100% availability for the entire spectrum of SCADA System
The ideal
candidate for the Control Centre Operations Manager should hold a B.Sc.
Electrical Engineering, a Post Graduate Qualification in System Operations
A minimum
of five (5) years’ experience in a Control Centre Environment in an Electricity
Distribution Environment. Passion for safety and personal attributes such as
Achievement Orientation are key competencies for this role.
