Job Summary: The Chief Internal Controller will be
responsible for actively promoting operational efficiency and encouraging
adherence to management policies and procedures, safeguarding assets and
inventory, ensuring accuracy and reliability of accounting data, preventing
theft and embezzlement among others.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a degree in Commerce or Business
Administration or Finance or any other Business-related field with a bias in
accounting and/or finance. Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.

Qualification
and/or membership of an internationally recognized professional body e.g. ACCA,

least five years post university experience, and with hotel accounting
experience in the same position in a reputable hotel setting with managerial
work.

and/or as an accountant.
