Summary: The Brand Manager will lead in
the development and execution of business and strategic plans to meet future
needs and expectations of the brand.
- Manage the cross-functional teams that
include Salon, graphic designers, experiential to develop and manage brand
objectives, goals and strategies - Ensure the set marketing plan& mix for
the brand is followed. , - Actively monitor brand sales performance
market - Measure and report performance of all
marketing campaigns, and assessment against set brand goals (ROI and KPIs)
and change tactical brand plans - Lead, motivate and supervise the
activities of the brand team - Manage the brand marketing budget
- Work closely with advertising agencies to
set communication strategies and develop advertising platforms/executions
that maximize business results - Manage the commercialization and in-market
execution of product launches - Partner with the in-house creatives design
innovation team to ensure proper insights, ideation, positioning.
- The applicant should preferably hold a
bachelor’s degree with a bias in Marketing - Professional qualification like CIMA is an
added advantage - At least two to three years’ experience in
a similar position for a FMCG company - Excellent communication &
collaboration skills - Proven marketing leadership & ability
to influence cross-functional teams - Professionalism, Customer care &
Relationship - Past experience in working with market
research, FMCG company and R&D
