Job Summary: The Client Service Director, will have the main
role of aggressively growing the client base of the Company and specifically
working to increase the number of retainer accounts. He / she will also be
required to supervise, train and develop the skills of all client service staff
to ensure optimal efficiency in the client service department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal candidate should have broad experience
    in the advertising industry
  • The incumbent will be required to possess
    strategy and presentation skills, he/she should be able to develop advertising
    campaigns and also pitch to clients.
  • The individual must be organized,
    diplomatic and have people skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver
    under tight deadlines.
