Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Manager is
responsible for all business development activities by researching and
developing strategic marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales
plans; and supervising sales team as well as being a sales person.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
marketing targets by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching,
counseling, sales team communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring,
appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing
compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures for the marketing
marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales
information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and
completing action plans.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
The ideal
candidate for the Sales and Marketing Manager Job should hold BBA- marketing or
any other business related course with a major in marketing and chartered
