Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Managing Director
in creating weekly, monthly/quarterly and yearly targets that will be
shared with top management. - Identify key revenue drivers for BBOXX
Capital Uganda and ensure implementations to generate growth. - Design sales and marketing budgets for a
given period with a true reflection of results while giving true
accountability. - Roll out pay plan payment plans for all
BBOXX customers. - Regularly review targets (pay plan and
whole sale) on a monthly basis and give target recommendations based on
the social-economic situation. - Work closely with sales agents to promote
and sell BBOXX products and assess their performance. - Actively participate in marketing events,
shows and advertisements to make sure that BBOXX products are known to the
public. - Support HR in the computation of agent’s
commission and ensure timely payments. - Ensure that agent’s meetings are carried
out every month. - Recruit, train and motivate sales agents.
- Identify new territories for growth and
expansion.
Experience:
- The Sales and Marketing Support Officers
should possess a minimum qualification of a good Bachelor’s Degree with
bias of marketing from a recognised University - Two or more years’ experience in sales and
marketing from a reputable company. - Working knowledge of solar products is an
added advantage.
