- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
an honors’ Bachelor in either Human Resource or Social Sciences degree and
an additional Post Graduate Diploma in related field. A professional
qualification in the related field is an added advantage. - A minimum of three years’ experience in a
related field with a reputable organization, 2 years of which should be at
senior managerial level.
