Sponsorship Correspondence Assistant

manage World Vision Sponsor mails in accordance to established standards and
procedures.
- Manage sponsor mails before dispatch to
ADPs within the approved procedures. - Sort, record World Vision staff mails
enclosed in sponsor mails and submit to Office Assistants for
distribution. - Enter Sponsor mails records in STEP and
generate Batch sheets attached on processed mails. - Ensure accountability for childrens’ gift
items by the Regions. - Record and submit Money Orders and cheques
enclosed to SCC. - Keep documentation on damaged sponsor
mails/parcels for reference - Prepare and submit timely reports.
- The ideal candidates for the World Vision Child
Sponsorship Correspondence Assistant job opportunity should hold a Bachelor
Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education or any other
relevant course. - Past experience working with confidential
information is essential. - Highly computer literate
- Working knowledge of World Vision sponsorship
management standards and processes is an added advantage - The applicant must be highly reliable and
undependable, able to work with minimal supervision. - Show commitment to World Vision Core
