Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will receive all deliveries
from the suppliers and maintain stock registers while well up-dated. - Maintain central stock position and
prepare challan for proper delivery to various destinations (BRAC field
offices). - Ensure timely delivery of country office
stock to the branch offices to ensure health products to all branches
(zero stock out at central as well as branch stock). - Prepare stock maintenance to ensure quality
of products/ goods are intact without damage or loss. - Ensure transparency, accountability and
integrity in the entire supply chain (logistics part). - Preserve and ensure necessary documentation
for audit trail and overview of the logistics and ensure proper
distribution of materials. - Perform any other duties.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Diploma
in procurement and logistics (or supplies chain management) - At least two to three years working
experience in maintaining large store/stock, preferably health products. - Professional certificate in related field
will be of added advantage - Possess excellent organizational, record
keeping and maintenance skills. - Possess the ability to manage and work as
a team and handle large stock associated logistics preferable health products. - Good English both verbal and written
communication skills. - Possess the ability to work under tight
schedules and with minimum supervisions.
