Job Summary: The Manager
Finance will regularly review and actively monitor the implementation – of
Baylor Uganda financial and accounting systems and guidelines in line with the
finance directorate’s mission.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a
Bachelor’s (honors) degree in Commerce or BBA with an accounting option. - Membership of ACCA, CPA. 3. MBA
(Accounting Major). - The applicant should have a minimum of
five years working experience in a financial managerial position in a
reputable organization. - Past experience in financial management in
donor project based organizations with a reputable NGO is an added
advantage. - Computer literacy skills with a
certificate of any Finance and Accounting software package. Working
knowledge of Navision is an added advantage. - Be a good team player
- Excellent communication skills (both oral
and written) and with strong analytical skills.
