Job Summary: The Legal Officer will offer legal services to the
authority in collaboration with office of the solicitor General in all legal
matters, and guide the Authority in preparation of all external and internal
communication including Board Resolutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice to
management - In charge of drafting and/or reviewing a
variety of legal documents including proceedings, contracts, agreements,
policies, reports, memoranda, manuals and resolutions; - Studying legal questions arising out of
the interpretation or application of the relevant contracts, agreements,
rules and policies. - Regularly review all contracts and assess
legal implications that need to be put the executive management’s
attention.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Legal Officer should hold an honors’
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal
Practices. Additional training in either Public Administration, Business
Administration or Management Studies is an added advantage. - A minimum of three or more years’
experience in a related field with a reputable organization, two years of
which should be at senior managerial level.
