Job Summary: The HR Records
& Library Officer will offer technical support in the installing and
management of systems, policies and procedures for HR departmental record and
archival and as well as the library/e-learning system in line with HR manual
and Baylor Uganda mission.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Degree in
records and archival management and any other relevant degree. - A minimum of one to two years’ experience
in Records Management, library Management - Skills in managing electronic records with
a reputable international organization - Team and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Past networking skills
- Possess the ability to pay attention to
detail. - Must be dynamic, self- motivated and able
to demonstrate high initiative and analytical skills - Working knowledge of common Statistical
analysis and database management packages, Computer literacy skills i.e.
proficiency in Microsoft Access, Ms Excel, Ms Word, (5.)
Age: Between 25-30 years
