- Carry out data filling, storage and
archiving - Disseminate data as required
- Take measures to protect the
confidentiality of data - Guide the Data Analyst on the need for the
maintenance – of the computers, printers and accessories - Conduct regular monitoring of activities
in the field - Perform any other duties that may
reasonably be assigned by different section heads.
- The Data Entrant should preferably hold a
diploma in statistics or Information Technology or any other relevant
discipline - At least two years’ experience in data
collection - Working knowledge in data collection
methods - Basic facts on HIV
- Computer literacy i.e. Knowledge of
computer skills for data management (e.g. MS Access, SPSS, Epi-Info, SQL,
Java, Microsoft Excel) - Knowledge of basic statistical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - The incumbent must be a person of
integrity with ability to keep confidentiality
