- The Quality Improvement Coordinator will
be conducting Hospital performance reviews and Quality Improvement
Journals - In charge of monitoring the implementation
of Standard Operating Procedures - Responsible for the development of
strategies for managing quality improvement initiatives
- The ideal candidate should hold a MBCHB or
BSc.N Degree with training in quality improvement in a health care
setting. Possession of a Post graduate training and qualification in
Health Services Management, Clinical Epidemiology or Public Health is an
added advantage - At least two years’ experience
- Skills in Data collection methods, Data
analysis and Report writing - Strong Research background
